Overdue Book Fines:

While we understand that academic life can be demanding and time-consuming, we kindly request that you return borrowed items on time to avoid fines. Overdue books inconvenience other students and limit their access to necessary resources. Therefore, please ensure that you adhere to the due dates mentioned at the time of borrowing. In case of any unavoidable circumstances, we request that you approach the library staff to discuss possible extensions or renewals.

Handling Books with Care:

Finally, we would like to remind you to handle library books with utmost care. Each book is a valuable asset and should be treated as such. Please refrain from writing or underlining in borrowed books, folding the pages, or damaging them in any way. It is essential to preserve the condition of the books not only for your fellow students but also for the benefit of future generations.

Please do not hesitate to reach out to our library staff for any assistance or further clarification. We wish you a successful and enriching year ahead!

Sincerely,
Library Team
